Limited One Year Warranty
American Products Inc. warrants the products it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date shipped. Within the warranty period, American Products Inc. will, at its option, replace or repair defective products at its repair facility in York, Pennsylvania. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs from customer to York, Pennsylvania; return-shipping costs of repaired or replaced products from York, Pennsylvania to customer will be born by American Products Inc. Any costs for repairs made at any location other than the York, Pennsylvania repair facility are specifically excluded from this warranty.
American Products Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, exemplary, or other damages arising from use of its products, including, without limitation, damages resulting from loss of use or cost of installation, or any liabilities arising from alleged design defects, manufacturing defects, failures to warn, or negligence. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are specifically disclaimed. This warranty does not apply to any product damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
